At Frontline, we're always happy to help but as a distributor to showrooms and plumbers merchants only, our customer service department can only deal with enquiries from direct customers. Therefore, if you are a tradesman or a homeowner who requires information on any of our products and services, you can find detailed information in our FAQs. If you are unable to find what you are looking for within our FAQs, please get in touch by completing our Enquiry Form and a member of our customer service team will contact you.

Please be aware that if you are enquiring about a Frontline product that you have already purchased through one of our stockists, you must go back to the place of purchase with any questions as we are unable to discuss queries regarding purchased products with anyone other than the stockist that bought the product direct from us. Contact information for our stockists is explained in more detail below.

Ordering a Spare Part & Contacting Stockists
