Coronavirus Update - 18th March 2020

To our Frontline Family,

At Frontline we understand our customers may be concerned about Coronavirus and how this affects the services we provide, which in turn affects your own businesses.

As with any other responsible organisation we are reviewing the situation on a regular basis to ensure the safety and wellbeing to our staff and customers. We shall continue to regularly check and follow guidance from Public Health England, the World Health Organisation (WHO) as well as that of local government.  

At present, we have taken all possible precautionary health measures, our commitment to our customers remains the same and our head office will remain open for business as usual.

What we are doing?

We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the government and related organisations.

These actions include, but are not limited to, the following efforts at our head office base;

- Only essential visitors are allowed on site

- All visitors and staff are asked to wash hands upon entry to the building

- Non-essential face to face meetings are cancelled

- Increased daytime cleaning scope to sanitise all high-frequency touchpoints more often

- Ensuring sufficient stock levels of soap and soap dispensers remain filled

- Ensuring sufficient stock levels of hand sanitizers in all offices

- Created Microsoft Office Teams so we can virtually work together.

- Taken our external sales team off the road so they can service you from their homes.

- Advised all staff over the age of 70 or in a high-risk category to stay home.

Secondly, in addition to keeping the workplace safe, any employees who have travelled or been in contact with anyone who has travelled back from high risk countries will be asked to self-isolate at home for 7 days. We will continue to evaluate travel risks worldwide and provide further updates to our staff, at present none of our employees have been required to self-isolate.

While the environment around us is uncertain, we take comfort in the fact that we have a world-class team and loyal community of customers. We stand ready to serve until the government advises other wise and hope that our websites and social channels can be a source of support, inspiration and solutions for you – because sometimes we all need a break from the news.
